East Region EMS and Trauma Care Council

Nancy Webster is the President for the East Region. She is the co-chair for the Rehabilitation Committee and was previously Vice President of the Regional Council before being elected president.

Travis is a Battalion Chief/Paramedic and has been with the Lewiston Fire Department for 19 years. One of his duties is to oversee the EMS operations of the department. Travis has been a member of he East Region for almost 3 years and is currently the Vice President. He also is the chair to the Prehospital and Transportation Committee and the WEMSIS Committee.

Rocco is the General Manager for American Medical Response (AMR), and is responsible for AMR Spokane County. Rocco began his career at AMR in 1991, and has worked as an EMT-Paramedic, Paramedic preceptor; Field Supervisor and Operations Manager prior to his current role as General Manager. Rocco is currently serving as the East Region Treasurer/Secretary.

Kim has been with the Regional Council since 1992. She serves the council as a liaison between the DOH, the 9 county EMS/TC councils, 19 trauma designated facilities, and many community partners in the East Region. Kim has extensive experience in strategic and financial planning, volunteer management and project development, coordination & implementation.
