East Region EMS and Trauma Care Council

Nancy Webster is the President for the East Region. She is the co-chair for the Rehabilitation Committee and was previously Vice President of the Regional Council before being elected president.

Kim has been with the Regional Council since 1992. She serves the council as a liaison between the DOH, the 9 county EMS/TC councils, 18 trauma designated facilities, 68 EMS verified agencies and many community partners in the East Region. Kim has extensive experience in strategic and financial planning, volunteer management and project development, coordination & implementation.  Kim recently turned in her letter of resignation and will be retiring her position as Executive Director on June 28, 2013.
